Questions parents ask

Do the letters work with the elf we already have?

Yes. You type your own elf’s name and every letter is signed by them. Our postman elf only appears in the artwork, so it works with any elf doll your family already has.

What if my child touched the elf?

Print the free “magic got wobbly” rescue note from our elf notes. It explains that the North Pole couriers fixed the elf’s magic overnight, so the elf can keep visiting.

What is the difference between the free letters and the Story Kit?

Free letters are single pages. The Story Kit plans every night of your season around your arrival date, your kids’ ages and the time you have.
