If Elf Story Kit does not work for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@tinywonderpost.com within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. After the refund your kits can no longer be downloaded.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
