My letter prints cut off at the edges. What should I do?
In the print dialog choose “Actual size” or 100% scale, not “Fit to page”, and make sure the paper size matches the PDF (US Letter or A4).
How do I download my kit again?
Sign in and open My kits. Every kit you created this season is there, ready to download again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase. Email us from the address you paid with and we refund in full.
